1. Commitment Deadline: To qualify for the offer, patients must confirm their commitment by 30th November 2024. Commitment is established by making the first payment of £750, paying the full amount, or completing a finance application.
2. Clinical Suitability: This offer is valid only for patients clinically assessed and approved for Invisalign treatment by the dentists. The offer applies exclusively to mild and moderate cases; complex and advanced alignment cases are excluded from this offer and may cost between £3950 and £4950.
3. Dental Fitness Requirement: Patients must be dentally fit before commencing Invisalign treatment. This means being free from active tooth decay and gum disease. Any necessary preliminary treatments, such as hygiene appointments, fillings, or crowns, will be recommended and included in the treatment plan.
4. Right to Decline: Innovadent Dental Clinic reserves the right to decline this offer at our sole discretion, even if other conditions are met. This may include, but is not limited to, cases where clinical suitability or dental fitness cannot be reasonably achieved.
5. Right to Terminate: Innovadent Dental Clinic reserves the right to terminate this offer at any time and without prior notice. If the offer is terminated, any patients who have not yet committed by making the initial payment will no longer be eligible for the discounted rate.
6. Additional Exclusions: This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
